{Valentine Hair Pretties + A Free ♥ Day Download}

I love making cute and unique things for my baby girls hair. Here is a little something that I made for Valentines Day

My darling little Punk Doo.

These cute little hair clips are SO easy to make.

You will need:

-Some fun fabric (I found this hand towel in the $ section of Target)

-A cute center(I used a sparkly brad that I had)

-An alligaitor-type hair clip

-Some ribbon that matches your fabric

First, cut out three circles. One big, one medium and one small. I just found things from around my house to draw a circle on the back of my fabric. I used a Coke can for the big one, love my coke! 🙂

Once you have your circles cut out, you pull along the outside edges to fray them. This part is fun because you can make them look so different by how much you decide to fray. I trimmed any stray pieces of fabric, so it didn’t look too messy. After you are done with the fraying,  hot glue all of your layers together and add your center. Finally,  you put together your clip and glue on your fabric flower. For a tutorial that I did on putting the clip part together, you can go to another one of my clip making  posts.

Ta-da… you have a cute little hair accessory for your little Valentine!

I have to be completely honest, I am THE worst decorator when it comes to the smaller holidays. I have vowed to be better. 🙂  Here is a something that I made for my living room.

This is one of my very favorite quotes and I thought it was perfect for Valentines Day. If you would love a copy of your own, you can download it at  http://www.4shared.com/photo/f_fwa_5O/LOVEframedart_copy_copy.html

Have a very lovely Valentines Day!!!
